Anja KursaweAnja is an internationally recognized, passionate, innately talented movement teacher with a deep empathy for the human being as an individual.
Her deep passion for bodywork has been there since a very young age when she was an acrobat and later became a professional dancer. This is when she was first introduced to Pilates. Numerous advanced trainings in Pilates, Yoga, body therapy, psychotherapy, therapeutic work, voice work and many other areas followed and the interplay between body and mind grew strong.
She is constantly fine tuning, integrating and improving her methods for well being, growing and connecting with oneself.
With over 20 years of experience of supporting people from different fields of life, Anja is able to recognize the most important resources and challenges and can cater to them intuitively and individually.
Anja’s teaching is integrative, beyond classical forms of teaching Yoga or Pilates and always tuned in with the person in front of her.
Besides amazing teachers from many fields, Anja considers her students and life the greatest teachers, and is never shy of listening, learning and growing.
In Berlin, Anja owns and runs a successful Pilates and Yoga studio – the pilateslab-berlin and is one of the leading instructors on bestofworkout.de, a high-end online fitness platform. Anja has been awarded with the NEOS AWARD 2017 for the best personal training which is bodyinsight-anjak and recently works with the Aman resorts.

Yoga Flow and Pranayama
In this holistic class we will practice and explore ourselves in many different ways, through movement, voice, essential oils. It incorporates the social aspect of yoga — to connect with oneself and each other;
Using the breath as a first movement and as your very individual tool, you will initiate movements and relaxation from deep within rather then only achieving shapes.
Experimenting with meditation in movement/movement in meditation at the same time as you strengthen and stretch the body will have a harmonizing and stabilizing effect for body and mind.
Making Sounds allows the inner body to resonate and open up blocked energies.  Body and mind are strengthened and personality is recognized and unfolded in each individuals profile.
Get to know your body and mind, free yourself from entrenched behaviour patterns and rediscover movement and flow.
