Dionne Eleanor

Dionne is a yoga teacher, massage therapist and chef from the UK who has worked internationally on a number of retreats, workshops & classes in these fields.

She is the founder of Manabika Wellbeing, a socially concious corporate wellbeing company that also offers services to the community.  Dionne is driven to create a movement for inclusive wellbeing ; reducing sickness, and increasing happiness globally.

Qualified as an advanced raw food chef, and helping set up Swansea’s first fully vegan cafe, her food involves both raw and cooked vegan/vegetarian cuisine.  Her massage work includes remedial, pregnancy, thai and TMJ/facework.

Her yoga teaching includes yin, flow, ashtanga and hatha. She came to wellbeing initially through a grade 3 spondylolisthesis in her spine in 2008. Overweight and struggling to walk, she discovered yoga via a friend. Soon, she built her strength slowly. Avoiding surgery and rehabilitating herself with yoga and nutrition has inspired her to help others.

Dionne is very excited to be a part of Elysia's first International Yoga Convention. This is her first time to Greece,  for a while she's been drawn to the spiritual nature in Clyclades. She believes the energy of the island will support her in sharing her heart felt passion of wellbeing with everyone attending.

Dionne will lead a nourishing workshop involving yin yoga and essential oils, focusing on the feet, root and scaral areas. She will also lead her unique Manabika Flow class; which involves pranayama (breath), heart/throat opening mantra (bhaki) & dhyana (meditation) alongside vinyasa posture work.
