Lorna’s approach to yoga is one that places great importance on breath and empathy towards our body. Both her personal practice and teaching style are influenced by Iyengar, Vinyasa Krama, Hatha and Yin yoga. Recently, she developed a strong interest in exploring the body’s bio dynamics in relation to our practice, to help tune-in and connect to our body to take the journey to inner self, reminding us that yoga is an inward practice.

Class description Mindful Vinyasa Flow A mindful flowing sequence of postures that are breath-synchronised aiding detoxification and purification of the body, and allowing one to stay in the present. Moving with intention to connect with the breath and honouring the Self. Expect to re-evaluate your alignment, sweat and leave the class feeling energised and relaxed.
