Michelle Mullard

Michelle has a long background in teaching and previously taught ICT and Martial Arts for over 10 years. Her Yoga practice started in 1998 which led to completing RYT 200hr in 2008 and then training under such teachers as Katy Appleton, Ray Long (author of the bandha series) Brian Cooper (author of The Art of Adjustment). Later qualifying to teach Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Pilates matwork and in 2017 graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science. This has enabled Michelle to apply biomechanics in Yoga asana and establish greater understanding of the physiological effects of Pranayama. As well as Vinyasa, Pregnancy and Postnatal classes, running Retreats in France and the Uk, Michelle works with clients, athletes and runners in assessing functional movement patterns, injury recovery, performance optimisation and reducing injury and re-injury risk.


Class Description: Breath, Freedom and Grace. A mindfully flowing Vinyasa building a strong foundation for growth and openness while using the breath for expansion of Prana. The class will be therapeutic for shoulders and hips, while strengthening core and lower body.
