My greatest influence and inspiration was my teacher Savvas Giantsis at House of Yoga where I was blessed to teach too. My commitment to my daily practice is my sanctuary. I love to learn and expand and I will always be a student, as I believe yoga is a never ending, evolving journey.


Influenced by my teachers, my classes are a combination of breath and movement. The flow of the breath leads the body into the poses as the rhythm into music. Strength, stretch and sweat are always part of the game. A sense of uplifting and deep relaxation will be your sensation after the class. All levels are welcome, as variations are always available during the class.


I start practicing pilates in 2011. This kind of exercise gave me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in human mechanics and movement. I completed the Basi Mat pilates program in 2012 and the Basi Comprehensive diploma in 2014.


This class is held with the assistance of the specifically designed pilates equipment, like reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and ladder barrel. Sessions are highly recommended for people with injuries or chronic pain. Usually I work one to one classes or in mini groups, depending on the available equipment. Apart from the classic Basi repertoire I incorporate many different style exercises in my classes.


Classes are held on the regular mat, enriched with props, like mini balls, fit balls, magic ring, elastic bands, toning balls and light weights. Suitable for all levels and ages, as well as lower back issues and sciatica.


This group class works the whole body within an hour, with emphasis on strengthening the abs and legs. Raise your body and breath awareness, your movement ability and strength. You will find yourself in a new body after a few weeks.
