Julia Christina Simpson has been practicing yoga since 2004. She is a certified 200RYS vinyasa yoga instructor and this past year completed a year long studentship training with elements from hatha yoga, osho meditations, satyananda tradition, yoga philosophy, fasting and a wide range of teachings and techniques.
Julia is Scottish/Greek, raised in Greece. Alongside yoga she has worked in Fashion as a designer with her own label and has done styling for music award shows, theatres, and events.
She is currently teaching yoga, designing a range of athletic clothes and has an interest in off grid living. Julia has visited and stayed at various off grid spaces, learning and trying to incorporate a more simple approach to her everyday life.
Julia's yoga practice at this time is mainly Karma Yoga.
